Studio Policies

Cancellation Policy

Please kindly give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to give us an opportunity to rebook your appointment time and avoid a cancellation fee. 
Any appointment cancelling or rescheduling in less than 48 hours from your appointment, will be subject to a $100 or 50% fee charged to the card on file. These fees are based on the standard costs of each service.  If you reschedule with over 48 hour notice, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment.

Late Policy

We ask you to please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate
you, but cannot guarantee service if you are running over 15 min late. If we must cancel or reschedule
your appointment due to tardiness, this will be considered a last-minute cancellation.

No Show Policy

In the event that a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment, this will be considered a last-minute cancellation. 


**New procedure: No shows will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. If you fail to come a second time, we reserve the right to refuse the service.

Guest Policy

Only the artist and the client are allowed in the procedure room. All guests must wait in the waiting area.


We kindly request that you do not bring:

  • Children that require your care and attention

  • More than one companion

  • Pets

Payment Policy

All payments are due the day of procedure. We accept cash and major credit cards. We do not accept checks or offer payment plans.

New Procedure Deposit:

A $100 non-refundable retainer fee is due to secure your date, time, and turn away other clients. The retainer will be used towards the total price, which is due at the time of your appointment.

Pricing Policy

Touch Up:
PMU is a process, therefore a brow touch up is recommended to fine tune your brows. First touch up
appointment is recommended between 5-7 weeks after the initial procedure.

● Touch Ups after 24 months are considered a new procedure.


We do not provide tattoo removal service.


Corrections - Previously Tattooed Brows:

All clients with existing permanent makeup done by another artist will need a 

consultation, a full first-timer session, and at least one 5-7 week touch-up to achieve their desired result if removal is not needed. We schedule and price this service as an entirely new application.

If additional work is required to correct someone else's work, additional appointments are scheduled and charged as a touch up.
